I start by understanding what you have and what's missing: your current tools, your biggest exposures, and what "security" currently means in practice at your organization, which is often less than people assume. From there we build an ongoing engagement scoped to what you actually need, which might be full operational coverage, or might be augmenting your existing IT team with the security expertise they don't have time to build in-house.
I care about this being a relationship where I know your environment well enough to catch something that looks wrong, not a vendor relationship where every interaction starts from zero. That means fewer, deeper relationships over a large roster of accounts nobody actually knows well.
