Request a briefing

A briefing is a confidential conversation with me, usually about 45 minutes, about where you actually stand. You tell me what's going on. I tell you where I think the real risk is, what would contain it, and what it would take to lead the response. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not you ever hire me.

  • Who it's for. Boards, CEOs, general counsel and security leaders with a decision in front of them: a breach that may not be over, a programme that isn't delivering, an AI rollout nobody can vouch for, a CISO who just walked out.
  • What it isn't. A sales call. If I'm not the right person for your problem, I'll tell you, and I'll tell you who is.
  • What not to send. Credentials, logs or incident data. Describe it in a few lines here; once we're talking we'll set up a proper channel for the sensitive material.

A few lines is enough. If it's an active incident, say so in the first line and I'll treat it that way.

This comes to me and nobody else. I'll reply myself and propose a time to talk it through properly.
